FACILITIES MANAGER
Dental Excellence Group is hiring a Facilities Manager for our multi-practice dental group.

There are more than 95 employees in four office locations, including doctors, hygienists, clinical assistants, and business and marketing support teams. Mission of Facilities Manager
The mission of the Facilities Manager role is to ensure the company’s facilities, equipment, and software properly support Dental Excellence’s operations and patient experience. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for the management of facilities and equipment maintenance, IT systems, and purchasing. They will also serve as project manager for building, equipment, and IT projects, and will help ensure maintenance and projects are completed on budget.
Qualifications
● Minimum of 3 years' experience in a same or similar position
● Professional appearance and demeanor
● Ability to prioritize and complete projects in a timely manner and within budget
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Effective organizational and leadership skills
● Proficient in MS Office, including PM software
Key Responsibilities
● Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
● Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
● Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
● Allocate workload and supervise maintenance employees and vendors
● Monitor equipment and inventory and place orders when necessary
● Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers
● Monitor expenses and control the maintenance budget
● Oversee our IT vendor and manage services for all facilities
● Ensure facilities have adequate security measures in place
● Manage projects for any new construction or renovation on existing facilities
● Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
● Keep maintenance logs
