DENTAL ASSISTANT

Dental Excellence of Napoleon is hiring a Pediatric Dental Assistant. The mission of the Pediatric Dental Assistant is to help facilitate parent and patient understanding of the treatment needed, as well as assisting the doctor with chair side dental procedures. The dental assistant is accountable for creating a relationship with parents and patients and assisting the doctor to increase doctor production. The dental assistant must be knowledgeable about dentistry and be able to work with the doctor in a wider variety of dental procedures. The Pediatric Dental Assistant must become credentialed at the hospital where our Pediatric Dentist goes.
Experience or dental assisting schooling is preferred, but we are willing to train someone who is eager and able to learn quickly.
