Purpose & Core Values

Patients First

Patient care is our #1 priority from the minute we walk through the door. Major decisions are made by asking ourselves, “What’s best for our patients?” and then figuring out how to make that work.

Be Your Best

We are committed to constant improvement, always striving to reach our God-given potential, both individually and as a team. This means having the best attitudes, the best skills, and the best service, and helping our team members to be their best as well.

Kindness & Compassion

Our patients are special to us and we want them to feel that way. We treat them with exceptional kindness and respect. We understand everyone has a story, and take time to listen to and address our patients’ fears and concerns.

Teamwork

Our team has a “we” versus “me” mentality, believing when team members work together, we can accomplish more than the sum of our individual roles. We appreciate the unique strengths each team member contributes to the team and use these strengths to complement each other for the greater good of the company. We set our eyes on the company vision, work together to build momentum toward it, and celebrate each other’s victories along the way.

Make Every Minute Count

We work with intention to produce results. This means we work both hard and smart. We appreciate and follow the processes and systems that help us to be efficient and consistent, saving both our patients and ourselves time without compromising quality and care.

Culture

Our strong company culture is firmly rooted in our commitment to deliver the best comprehensive care to our patients. To achieve that, we collaborate closely with one another in an effort to broaden our clinical abilities. None of us improve on our own. We're equal parts student and teacher, and we all make a personal commitment to improve our skills on an annual basis. I'm confident that our 5-star Google rating is a reflection of that team commitment.
